OvisOCR3 Technical Report

We introduce OvisOCR3, a 0.8B model for a broad range of OCR-related tasks. OvisOCR3 unifies document parsing, general OCR, key information extraction (KIE), document figure captioning, and cross-page table reconstruction in a single model. We train the model on real and synthetic data through continued pretraining and use domain-balanced mid-training to balance supervision across tasks with different data volumes and response lengths. Multi-teacher on-policy distillation transfers expertise from five domain-specific 4B teachers into the shared model, followed by mixed-task reinforcement learning with domain-specific rewards. We compare OvisOCR3 with general-purpose vision-language models and specialized OCR models on public and in-house benchmarks covering all five task families. In these comparisons, it achieves an overall score of 96.74 on OmniDocBench v1.6 and the highest overall scores on PureDocBench, Real5-OmniDocBench, and MDPBench. On OCRBench v2, it ranks first, scoring 65.9 and 61.3 on the English and Chinese splits, respectively. It also outperforms the baselines on OCRBench and all four KIE benchmarks. On DocFigCapBench, it achieves the highest localization F1 and a caption score close to that of Qwen3.8-Max. For cross-page tables, it leads in Relation F1 on CrossTabBench and truncated-table TEDS on MPDocBench-Parse. These results demonstrate that a compact 0.8B model can achieve strong performance across diverse OCR-related tasks. OvisOCR3 is available at https://huggingface.co/ATH-MaaS/OvisOCR3.

OvisOCR2 Technical Report

We introduce OvisOCR2, a 0.8B document parsing model. OvisOCR2 is designed as an end-to-end parser: given a document page image, it generates a Markdown representation in natural reading order, covering text, formulas, tables, and visual regions. We build a data engine that combines filtered real-document annotations with synthetic pages whose rendered images and Markdown targets are derived from the same HTML source. The training recipe includes supervised fine-tuning, reinforcement learning on a 4B branch with a multi-component reward design, on-policy distillation into the 0.8B model, and model fusion. On OmniDocBench v1.6, OvisOCR2 achieves a state-of-the-art overall score of 96.58, placing an end-to-end model at the top of this leaderboard previously dominated by pipeline methods and highlighting the potential of end-to-end document parsing. On PureDocBench, OvisOCR2 also achieves the highest Avg3 score of 75.06. Beyond these two public benchmarks, we evaluate OvisOCR2 on an in-house benchmark designed to cover a broader set of long-tail and challenging scenarios. OvisOCR2 obtains the best overall performance among the compared methods, providing further evidence of its generalization and robustness. OvisOCR2 is available at https://huggingface.co/ATH-MaaS/OvisOCR2.

Pig behavior dataset and Spatial-temporal perception and enhancement networks based on the attention mechanism for pig behavior recognition

The recognition of pig behavior plays a crucial role in smart farming and welfare assurance for pigs. Currently, in the field of pig behavior recognition, the lack of publicly available behavioral datasets not only limits the development of innovative algorithms but also hampers model robustness and algorithm optimization. This paper proposes a dataset containing 13 pig behaviors that significantly impact welfare.Based on this dataset, this paper proposes a spatial-temporal perception and enhancement networks based on the attention mechanism to model the spatiotemporal features of pig behaviors and their associated interaction areas in video data. The network is composed of a spatiotemporal perception network and a spatiotemporal feature enhancement network. The spatiotemporal perception network is responsible for establishing connections between the pigs and the key regions of their behaviors in the video data. The spatiotemporal feature enhancement network further strengthens the important spatial features of individual pigs and captures the long-term dependencies of the spatiotemporal features of individual behaviors by remodeling these connections, thereby enhancing the model's perception of spatiotemporal changes in pig behaviors. Experimental results demonstrate that on the dataset established in this paper, our proposed model achieves a MAP score of 75.92%, which is an 8.17% improvement over the best-performing traditional model. This study not only improces the accuracy and generalizability of individual pig behavior recognition but also provides new technological tools for modern smart farming. The dataset and related code will be made publicly available alongside this paper.
