A generalization of the Littlewood-Paley inequality for the fractional Laplacian $(-Δ)^{α/2}$

We prove a parabolic version of the Littlewood-Paley inequality for the fractional Laplacian $(-Δ)^{α/2}$, where $α\in (0,2)$.
