Linear Multi-granular Body Modeling for Text-Driven Motion Generation

Text-to-motion generation is a rapidly growing field at the nexus of multimodal learning and computer graphics, enabling flexible and cost-effective applications in gaming, animation, robotics, and virtual reality. Existing part-aware pipelines typically split the body into segments and then recover whole-body coordination via attention-based fusion, which incurs quadratic complexity and fails to model part-level and whole-body cues simultaneously. Moreover, we observe that naively stacking spatial and temporal modules accumulates redundant features, thereby requiring deeper networks to achieve competitive fidelity. To address these issues, we propose HiSTF Mamba, a linear-time framework composed of Dual-Spatial Mamba, Bi-Temporal Mamba, and the Dynamic Spatiotemporal Fusion Module (DSFM). Dual-Spatial Mamba performs parallel part-based and whole-based modeling to simultaneously capture local joint dynamics and global coordination. Bi-Temporal Mamba employs bidirectional scanning to encode both short-term motion details and long-term dependencies. DSFM further removes redundancy and extracts complementary temporal information before fusing it with spatial features, yielding an expressive spatiotemporal representation. Extensive experiments on HumanML3D and KIT-ML demonstrate that HiSTF Mamba improves generation fidelity and semantic alignment while requiring substantially fewer parameters than existing segment-based architectures.

T2M Mamba: Motion Periodicity-Saliency Coupling Approach for Stable Text-Driven Motion Generation

Text-to-motion generation, which converts motion language descriptions into coherent 3D human motion sequences, has attracted increasing attention in fields, such as avatar animation and humanoid robotic interaction. Though existing models have achieved significant fidelity, they still suffer from two core limitations: (i) They treat motion periodicity and keyframe saliency as independent factors, overlooking their coupling and causing generation drift in long sequences. (ii) They are fragile to semantically equivalent paraphrases, where minor synonym substitutions distort textual embeddings, propagating through the decoder and producing unstable or erroneous motions. In this work, we propose T2M Mamba to address these limitations by (i) proposing Periodicity-Saliency Aware Mamba, which utilizes novel algorithms for keyframe weight estimation via enhanced Density Peaks Clustering and motion periodicity estimation via FFT-accelerated autocorrelation to capture coupled dynamics with minimal computational overhead, and (ii) constructing a Periodic Differential Cross-modal Alignment Module (PDCAM) to enhance robust alignment of textual and motion embeddings. Extensive experiments on HumanML3D and KIT-ML datasets have been conducted, confirming the effectiveness of our approach, achieving an FID of 0.068 and consistent gains on all other metrics.

SDDF: Specificity-Driven Dynamic Focusing for Open-Vocabulary Camouflaged Object Detection

Open-vocabulary object detection (OVOD) aims to detect known and unknown objects in the open world by leveraging text prompts. Benefiting from the emergence of large-scale vision--language pre-trained models, OVOD has demonstrated strong zero-shot generalization capabilities. However, when dealing with camouflaged objects, the detector often fails to distinguish and localize objects because the visual features of the objects and the background are highly similar. To bridge this gap, we construct a benchmark named OVCOD-D by augmenting carefully selected camouflaged object images with fine-grained textual descriptions. Due to the limited scale of available camouflaged object datasets, we adopt detectors pre-trained on large-scale object detection datasets as our baseline methods, as they possess stronger zero-shot generalization ability. In the specificity-aware sub-descriptions generated by multimodal large models, there still exist confusing and overly decorative modifiers. To mitigate such interference, we design a sub-description principal component contrastive fusion strategy that reduces noisy textual components. Furthermore, to address the challenge that the visual features of camouflaged objects are highly similar to those of their surrounding environment, we propose a specificity-guided regional weak alignment and dynamic focusing method, which aims to strengthen the detector's ability to discriminate camouflaged objects from background. Under the open-set evaluation setting, the proposed method achieves an AP of 56.4 on the OVCOD-D benchmark.
