ACE-Ego-Hand: Repurposing Video Diffusion Models for Occlusion-Robust Egocentric 3D Hand Motion Recovery

Egocentric video offers scalable manipulation data for embodied AI, yet recovering metric 3D hand trajectories remains challenging due to severe object occlusion and frequent out-of-sight gaps. Existing single-frame and windowed temporal regressors fail when a hand shortly leaves the frame, while recent video diffusion models (VDMs) rely on heavy, stochastic multi-step sampling as pixel-space renderers. We instead repurpose VDM into a deterministic geometry encoder. A single forward pass over the clean latent exposes scene content beyond current observations, including occluded and out-of-sight hands. We introduce ACE-Ego-Hand, an offline clip-level framework that extracts features via a Deterministic Clean-Latent Encoder and decodes them with a Bidirectional Spatiotemporal Decoder. ACE-Ego-Hand recovers continuous bimanual trajectories with metric placement and no external detector, while a Ray-Based Camera Solver supports a second configuration that requires no test-time camera intrinsics. Across five egocentric benchmarks, ACE-Ego-Hand sets a new state of the art, cutting MPJPE-p by 30% on occlusion-heavy ARCTIC and 40% on HOT3D. These gains reach 46%-61% once out-of-sight hands are included in the evaluation, offering a scalable path from everyday human video to robot manipulation data.

HPSD: Hybrid-Policy Self-Distillation for Text-Image-to-Video Diffusion Models

Text-Image-to-Video (TI2V) models are an emerging unified architecture, where a single model simultaneously supports text-to-video (T2V) and image-to-video (I2V) generation. Given a high-quality first frame or a detailed textual prompt, TI2V models unlock substantially better visual quality than their T2V mode, raising a natural question: can the capability elicited by such privileged conditions be internalized into the model's own base generation ability? A common approach toward this goal is model self-distillation. However, the most straightforward solution, supervised fine-tuning, follows an off-policy strategy: its supervision is confined to teacher-generated endpoints from a fixed offline distribution rather than student-visited states, lacking precise correction tailored to the evolving policy. Recent on-policy distillation methods instead suffer from condition-state mismatch, where supervision is steered toward the given first frame instead of the student's actual content, misleading the correction. To achieve self-distillation that absorbs the teacher's privileged prior while retaining precise policy correction, in this work, we propose Hybrid-Policy Self-Distillation (HPSD), a novel self-distillation framework where a single TI2V model acts as both teacher and student under different conditions: the teacher operates in TI2V mode with a high-quality first frame and an enhanced prompt, while the student runs in the base T2V mode with only the vanilla prompt. Specifically, the student inherits off-policy teacher trajectory points as anchors, locally refines them toward its own policy, and finally receives velocity-level supervision on these self-generated roll-outs. Extensive experiments demonstrate that HPSD significantly improves T2V performance while also delivering notable TI2V gains, effectively strengthening the model's base generation ability.

Towards Geometry-Grounded Dense Semantic Matching with VGGT Priors

Semantic matching aims to establish pixel-level correspondences between instances of the same category and represents a fundamental task in computer vision. Existing approaches suffer from two limitations: (i) Geometric Ambiguity: Their reliance on 2D foundation model features (e.g., Stable Diffusion, DINO) often fails to disambiguate symmetric structures, requiring extra fine-tuning yet lacking generalization; (ii) Nearest-Neighbor Rule: Their pixel-wise matching ignores cross-image invisibility and neglects manifold preservation. These challenges call for geometry-aware pixel descriptors and holistic dense correspondence mechanisms. Inspired by recent advances in 3D geometric foundation models, we turn to VGGT, which provides geometry-grounded features and holistic dense matching capabilities well aligned with these needs. However, directly transferring VGGT is challenging, as it was originally designed for geometry matching within cross views of a single instance, misaligned with cross-instance semantic matching, and further hindered by the scarcity of dense semantic annotations. To address this, we propose an approach that (i) retains VGGT's intrinsic strengths by reusing early feature stages, fine-tuning later ones, and adding a semantic head for bidirectional correspondences; and (ii) adapts VGGT to the semantic matching scenario under data scarcity through cycle-consistent training strategy, synthetic data augmentation, and progressive training recipe with aliasing artifact mitigation. Extensive experiments demonstrate that our approach achieves superior geometry awareness, matching reliability, and manifold preservation, outperforming previous baselines.

Trainable Log-linear Sparse Attention for Efficient Diffusion Transformers

Diffusion Transformers (DiTs) set the state of the art in visual generation, yet their quadratic self-attention cost fundamentally limits scaling to long token sequences. Recent Top-K sparse attention approaches reduce the computation of DiTs by compressing tokens into block-wise representation and selecting a small set of relevant key blocks, but still suffer from (i) quadratic selection cost on compressed tokens and (ii) increasing K required to maintain model quality as sequences grow. We identify that their inefficiency is due to the single-level design, as a single coarse level is insufficient to represent the global structure. In this paper, we introduce Log-linear Sparse Attention (LLSA), a trainable sparse attention mechanism for extremely long token sequences that reduces both selection and attention costs from quadratic to log-linear complexity by utilizing a hierarchical structure. LLSA performs hierarchical Top-K selection, progressively adopting sparse Top-K selection with the indices found at the previous level, and introduces a Hierarchical KV Enrichment mechanism that preserves global context while using fewer tokens of different granularity during attention computation. To support efficient training, we develop a high-performance GPU implementation that uses only sparse indices for both the forward and backward passes, eliminating the need for dense attention masks. We evaluate LLSA on high-resolution pixel-space image generation without using patchification and VAE encoding. LLSA accelerates attention inference by 28.27x and DiT training by 6.09x on 256x256 pixel token sequences, while maintaining generation quality. The results demonstrate that LLSA offers a promising direction for training long-sequence DiTs efficiently. Code is available at: https://github.com/SingleZombie/LLSA

ClothTransformer: Unified Latent-Space Transformers for Scalable Cloth Simulation

Unified and scalable Transformers have recently achieved remarkable success in modeling diverse phenomena traditionally associated with computer graphics, such as 3D visual effects, rendering processes, and motion in videos. In this work, we take a step further by investigating whether modern Transformer techniques can tackle the challenging task of cloth simulation. To this end, we present ClothTransformer, a framework that reformulates cloth simulation as autoregressive sequence modeling in a learned latent space. Existing neural cloth simulators are largely specialized to single scenarios, intrinsically coupled to the mesh discretization, and lack robust collision handling. Our approach addresses these limitations through three contributions: (1) a unified Transformer architecture that handles diverse scenarios -- body-driven garments, robotic manipulation, and free-fall collisions -- under a single model and achieves approximately $4$--$9{\times}$ lower error than prior state-of-the-art methods across all scenarios; (2) a scalable latent-space formulation that compresses arbitrary-resolution meshes into a fixed-size set of latent tokens, making temporal dynamics computation independent of mesh resolution; and (3) a diverse-scenario high-fidelity penetration-free dataset of ${\sim}$493.4k frames spanning all three settings, which enables a differentiable Continuous Collision Detection (CCD) module to suppress penetration artifacts. The Surprising Effectiveness of Video Diffusion Models for Hand Motion Reconstruction

4D hand motion reconstruction from egocentric video is bottlenecked by clear limitations of existing methods: image-based pipelines depend on a detector that fails under heavy occlusion, while video-based methods rely on temporal modules learned only from scarce hand-pose annotations, a narrow signal insufficient to model motion dynamics, occlusion reasoning, and hand-object interaction. These capabilities, however, are exactly what video generative models must implicitly acquire when trained to synthesize coherent video at internet scale. Motivated by this, we present ViDiHand, which leverages the representations of a pretrained video diffusion model to reconstruct 4D two-hand pose. We adapt it via a hand-overlay rendering objective that specializes its features for hands while preserving its world priors. A decoder then recovers metric-scale pose from the adapted features. The whole pipeline operates directly on full frames--no detector, no infiller, and no test-time optimization. On ARCTIC, HOT3D, and HOI4D, ViDiHand substantially outperforms prior methods, establishing video diffusion models as a powerful new foundation for hand motion reconstruction and a promising route to scalable in-the-wild data collection for embodied AI. SceneConductor: 3D Scene Generation from a Single Image with Multi-Agent Orchestration

Generating complete 3D scenes from a single image requires inferring globally consistent geometry, object relationships, and environmental context from inherently ambiguous visual evidence. Despite recent progress in joint layout-and-mesh generation, existing methods often rely on holistic or weakly decomposed pipelines that entangle many factors at once and demand extensive scene-level supervision, limiting their generalization to complex real-world environments. We propose a multi-agent orchestration framework that decomposes single-image 3D scene generation into three structured stages: scene initialization, environment construction, and multi-agent refinement. The initialization stage extracts image-derived object masks, builds object-level 3D representations, and predicts an initial spatial layout to form a coarse 3D scene. The environment-construction stage then leverages this initialization together with point-map geometry to build an environmental scaffold of supporting surfaces, room boundaries, materials, and illumination. Finally, in the refinement stage, a planner agent identifies structural and visual inconsistencies, applies simple corrections directly, and dispatches specialist agents for complex localized revisions that are reintegrated into the global scene. To provide reliable structural initialization while reducing reliance on scene-level annotations, we further introduce a geometry-aware layout predictor supervised by sparse geometric priors derived from point maps. Unlike fully supervised layout generators, the predictor can be trained from segmentation-level data and generalizes robustly to diverse real-world scenes. Extensive experiments on benchmark datasets show that our method consistently outperforms prior approaches in geometric accuracy, spatial consistency, and perceptual realism.

AdaGRPO: A Capability-Aware Adaptive Enhancement for Flow-based GRPO

Group Relative Policy Optimization (GRPO) has demonstrated remarkable success in aligning text-to-image (T2I) flow models with human preferences. However, we have identified that the learning loop of current flow-based GRPO is fundamentally decoupled from the learner's current capability, suffering from critical blind spots at both prompt selection and advantage estimation: (i) Existing methods sample prompts randomly, overlooking the substantial impact of data selection on reinforcement learning (RL) efficacy--a factor proven crucial in GRPO for large language models; (ii) They evaluate sample quality solely relying on intra-group statistics, lacking a global perspective to accurately measure true policy improvement. To address these issues, we propose Adaptive GRPO (AdaGRPO), a novel capability-aware RL algorithm tailored for flow models. Specifically, AdaGRPO consists of two principal components: (i) Online Curriculum Filtering Strategy: Dynamically tracks the model's proficiency and adaptively selects prompts that best match its current learning boundary; (ii) Cross-Level Advantage Fusion: Synergistically integrates fine-grained intra-group advantages with macro-level global advantages, providing a comprehensive and unbiased policy evaluation. As a lightweight, plug-and-play module, AdaGRPO can be seamlessly integrated with existing frameworks such as Flow-GRPO, DanceGRPO, and Flow-CPS. Extensive experiments demonstrate that AdaGRPO consistently drives performance gains while significantly stabilizes GRPO training for flow models.

Bokeh Diffusion: Defocus Blur Control in Text-to-Image Diffusion Models

Recent advances in large-scale text-to-image models have revolutionized creative fields by generating visually captivating outputs from textual prompts; however, while traditional photography offers precise control over camera settings to shape visual aesthetics - such as depth-of-field via aperture - current diffusion models typically rely on prompt engineering to mimic such effects. This approach often results in crude approximations and inadvertently alters the scene content. In this work, we propose Bokeh Diffusion, a scene-consistent bokeh control framework that explicitly conditions a diffusion model on a physical defocus blur parameter. To overcome the scarcity of paired real-world images captured under different camera settings, we introduce a hybrid training pipeline that aligns in-the-wild images with synthetic blur augmentations, providing diverse scenes and subjects as well as supervision to learn the separation of image content from lens blur. Central to our framework is our grounded self-attention mechanism, trained on image pairs with different bokeh levels of the same scene, which enables blur strength to be adjusted in both directions while preserving the underlying scene. Extensive experiments demonstrate that our approach enables flexible, lens-like blur control, supports downstream applications such as real image editing via inversion, and generalizes effectively across both Stable Diffusion and FLUX architectures.

Boosting Monocular Metric Depth Estimation via Bokeh Rendering

Bokeh rendering and depth estimation share a fundamental optical connection, yet existing methods fail to fully exploit this reciprocity. Conventional bokeh pipelines rely heavily on noisy depth maps that inevitably introduce visual artifacts. Conversely, existing monocular depth models typically follow two flawed paradigms. Generative diffusion-based frameworks often lack consistent metric scale. Meanwhile, feed-forward metric depth models frequently fail in textureless or distant regions where defocus blur can provide geometric information. We propose BokehDepth, a two-stage framework that treats synthetic defocus as a supervision-free geometric signal. In the first stage, a physically grounded generative model produces calibrated bokeh stacks from a single sharp input without requiring prior depth input. Subsequently, a lightweight defocus-aware aggregation module integrates these stacks into the encoder of a depth estimation framework. This mechanism allows the model to extract consistent geometric features from the defocus dimension while keeping the decoder architecture unchanged. Experiments demonstrate that BokehDepth achieves superior visual bokeh fidelity compared to depth-dependent rendering baselines and consistently enhances the metric accuracy of state-of-the-art monocular depth models.

4RC: 4D Reconstruction via Conditional Querying Anytime and Anywhere

We present 4RC, a unified feed-forward framework for 4D reconstruction from monocular videos. Unlike existing approaches that typically decouple motion from geometry or produce limited 4D attributes such as sparse trajectories or two-view scene flow, 4RC learns a holistic 4D representation that jointly captures dense scene geometry and motion dynamics. At its core, 4RC introduces a novel encode-once, query-anywhere and anytime paradigm: a transformer backbone encodes the entire video into a compact spatio-temporal latent space, from which a conditional decoder can efficiently query 3D geometry and motion for any query frame at any target timestamp. To facilitate learning, we represent per-view 4D attributes in a minimally factorized form by decomposing them into base geometry and time-dependent relative motion. Extensive experiments demonstrate that 4RC outperforms prior and concurrent methods across a wide range of 4D reconstruction tasks.

An Efficient Multilevel Preconditioned Nonlinear Conjugate Gradient Method for Incremental Potential Contact

Incremental Potential Contact (IPC) guarantees intersection-free simulation but suffers from high computational costs due to the expensive Hessian assembly and linear solves required by Newton's method. While Preconditioned Nonlinear Conjugate Gradient (PNCG) avoids Hessian assembly, it has historically struggled with poor convergence in stiff, contact-rich scenarios due to the lack of effective preconditioners; simple Jacobi preconditioners fail to capture the global coupling, while advanced hierarchy-based preconditioners like Multilevel Additive Schwarz (MAS) are computationally prohibitive to rebuild at every nonlinear iteration. We present MAS-PNCG, a method that unlocks the power of hierarchical preconditioning for nonlinear optimization. Our key technical innovation is a Sparse-Input Woodbury update algorithm that incrementally adapts the fine-level MAS components to rapidly evolving contact sets. This bypasses the need for full preconditioner rebuilds, reducing maintenance cost to near-zero while capturing the complex spectral properties of the contact system. Furthermore, we replace heuristic PNCG search directions with a Hessian-aware 2D subspace minimization that optimally combines the preconditioned gradient and previous direction. We also apply a fast per-subdomain conservative CCD method that ensures penetration-free trajectories while avoiding overly restrictive global step sizes. Experiments demonstrate that our MAS-PNCG outperforms state-of-the-art Newton-PCG solvers, GIPC and StiffGIPC, both preconditioned with MAS up to 5.66$\times$ and 2.07$\times$ respectively.

From Sparse to Dense: Multi-View GRPO for Flow Models via Augmented Condition Space

Group Relative Policy Optimization (GRPO) has emerged as a powerful framework for preference alignment in text-to-image (T2I) flow models. However, we observe that the standard paradigm where evaluating a group of generated samples against a single condition suffers from insufficient exploration of inter-sample relationships, constraining both alignment efficacy and performance ceilings. To address this sparse single-view evaluation scheme, we propose Multi-View GRPO (MV-GRPO), a novel approach that enhances relationship exploration by augmenting the condition space to create a dense multi-view reward mapping. Specifically, for a group of samples generated from one prompt, MV-GRPO leverages a flexible Condition Enhancer to generate semantically adjacent yet diverse captions. These captions enable multi-view advantage re-estimation, capturing diverse semantic attributes and providing richer optimization signals. By deriving the probability distribution of the original samples conditioned on these new captions, we can incorporate them into the training process without costly sample regeneration. Extensive experiments demonstrate that MV-GRPO achieves superior alignment performance over state-of-the-art methods.

Hand2World: Autoregressive Egocentric Interaction Generation via Free-Space Hand Gestures

Egocentric interactive world models are essential for augmented reality and embodied AI, where visual generation must respond to user input with low latency, geometric consistency, and long-term stability. We study egocentric interaction generation from a single scene image under free-space hand gestures, aiming to synthesize photorealistic videos in which hands enter the scene, interact with objects, and induce plausible world dynamics under head motion. This setting introduces fundamental challenges, including distribution shift between free-space gestures and contact-heavy training data, ambiguity between hand motion and camera motion in monocular views, and the need for arbitrary-length video generation. We present Hand2World, a unified autoregressive framework that addresses these challenges through occlusion-invariant hand conditioning based on projected 3D hand meshes, allowing visibility and occlusion to be inferred from scene context rather than encoded in the control signal. To stabilize egocentric viewpoint changes, we inject explicit camera geometry via per-pixel Plücker-ray embeddings, disentangling camera motion from hand motion and preventing background drift. We further develop a fully automated monocular annotation pipeline and distill a bidirectional diffusion model into a causal generator, enabling arbitrary-length synthesis. Experiments on three egocentric interaction benchmarks show substantial improvements in perceptual quality and 3D consistency while supporting camera control and long-horizon interactive generation.

PnP-U3D: Plug-and-Play 3D Framework Bridging Autoregression and Diffusion for Unified Understanding and Generation

The rapid progress of large multimodal models has inspired efforts toward unified frameworks that couple understanding and generation. While such paradigms have shown remarkable success in 2D, extending them to 3D remains largely underexplored. Existing attempts to unify 3D tasks under a single autoregressive (AR) paradigm lead to significant performance degradation due to forced signal quantization and prohibitive training cost. Our key insight is that the essential challenge lies not in enforcing a unified autoregressive paradigm, but in enabling effective information interaction between generation and understanding while minimally compromising their inherent capabilities and leveraging pretrained models to reduce training cost. Guided by this perspective, we present the first unified framework for 3D understanding and generation that combines autoregression with diffusion. Specifically, we adopt an autoregressive next-token prediction paradigm for 3D understanding, and a continuous diffusion paradigm for 3D generation. A lightweight transformer bridges the feature space of large language models and the conditional space of 3D diffusion models, enabling effective cross-modal information exchange while preserving the priors learned by standalone models. Extensive experiments demonstrate that our framework achieves state-of-the-art performance across diverse 3D understanding and generation benchmarks, while also excelling in 3D editing tasks. These results highlight the potential of unified AR+diffusion models as a promising direction for building more general-purpose 3D intelligence.

PI-Light: Physics-Inspired Diffusion for Full-Image Relighting

Full-image relighting remains a challenging problem due to the difficulty of collecting large-scale structured paired data, the difficulty of maintaining physical plausibility, and the limited generalizability imposed by data-driven priors. Existing attempts to bridge the synthetic-to-real gap for full-scene relighting remain suboptimal. To tackle these challenges, we introduce Physics-Inspired diffusion for full-image reLight ($π$-Light, or PI-Light), a two-stage framework that leverages physics-inspired diffusion models. Our design incorporates (i) batch-aware attention, which improves the consistency of intrinsic predictions across a collection of images, (ii) a physics-guided neural rendering module that enforces physically plausible light transport, (iii) physics-inspired losses that regularize training dynamics toward a physically meaningful landscape, thereby enhancing generalizability to real-world image editing, and (iv) a carefully curated dataset of diverse objects and scenes captured under controlled lighting conditions. Together, these components enable efficient finetuning of pretrained diffusion models while also providing a solid benchmark for downstream evaluation. Experiments demonstrate that $π$-Light synthesizes specular highlights and diffuse reflections across a wide variety of materials, achieving superior generalization to real-world scenes compared with prior approaches.

Spatial As Deep: Spatial CNN for Traffic Scene Understanding

Convolutional neural networks (CNNs) are usually built by stacking convolutional operations layer-by-layer. Although CNN has shown strong capability to extract semantics from raw pixels, its capacity to capture spatial relationships of pixels across rows and columns of an image is not fully explored. These relationships are important to learn semantic objects with strong shape priors but weak appearance coherences, such as traffic lanes, which are often occluded or not even painted on the road surface as shown in Fig. 1 (a). In this paper, we propose Spatial CNN (SCNN), which generalizes traditional deep layer-by-layer convolutions to slice-byslice convolutions within feature maps, thus enabling message passings between pixels across rows and columns in a layer. Such SCNN is particular suitable for long continuous shape structure or large objects, with strong spatial relationship but less appearance clues, such as traffic lanes, poles, and wall. We apply SCNN on a newly released very challenging traffic lane detection dataset and Cityscapse dataset. The results show that SCNN could learn the spatial relationship for structure output and significantly improves the performance. We show that SCNN outperforms the recurrent neural network (RNN) based ReNet and MRF+CNN (MRFNet) in the lane detection dataset by 8.7% and 4.6% respectively. Moreover, our SCNN won the 1st place on the TuSimple Benchmark Lane Detection Challenge, with an accuracy of 96.53%.

FastMesh: Efficient Artistic Mesh Generation via Component Decoupling

Recent mesh generation approaches typically tokenize triangle meshes into sequences of tokens and train autoregressive models to generate these tokens sequentially. Despite substantial progress, such token sequences inevitably reuse vertices multiple times to fully represent manifold meshes, as each vertex is shared by multiple faces. This redundancy leads to excessively long token sequences and inefficient generation processes. In this paper, we propose an efficient framework that generates artistic meshes by treating vertices and faces separately, significantly reducing redundancy. We employ an autoregressive model solely for vertex generation, decreasing the token count to approximately 23% of that required by the most compact existing tokenizer. Next, we leverage a bidirectional transformer to complete the mesh in a single step by capturing inter-vertex relationships and constructing the adjacency matrix that defines the mesh faces. To further improve the generation quality, we introduce a fidelity enhancer to refine vertex positioning into more natural arrangements and propose a post-processing framework to remove undesirable edge connections. Experimental results show that our method achieves more than 8x faster speed on mesh generation compared to state-of-the-art approaches, while producing higher mesh quality.
