Learning how to Forget: Fine-tuning for Long-Context Sparse Attention

A lot of prior work addressed key-value (KV) cache selection and compression by sparse attention to enable long-context inference for transformer language models without excessive hardware budgets. We provide a new method for fine-tuning models with sparse attention. It works for any KV cache policy, runs on a moderate hardware budget (e.g., a single Nvidia A100 GPU with 40 GB RAM), and allows the model to co-adapt with the policy, often outperforming models trained with exact attention (sequence parallelism). We also provide an efficient implementation of H2O sparse attention (the leading policy in our experiments) with dedicated scaled dot product attention kernel support. KeysAndValues (https://github.com/awslabs/keys_values), a new open source library for long-context inference and fine-tuning, provides easy-to-use and performant code for all methods discussed here.

WorldAttention: An Efficient Attention Architecture for Interactive Video World Models

Leveraging the paradigm of autoregressive diffusion, text-conditioned interactive video world models aim to simulate temporally coherent environments guided by textual instructions. While enabling low-latency, long-duration generation is pivotal for embodied AI and simulation-based planning, current frameworks primarily rely on sliding-window mechanisms to bound computational complexity. However, this approach inherently sacrifices historical context, undermining the long-range interactive capabilities. Conversely, maintaining a full-history cache remains computationally prohibitive and memory-intensive: the quadratic complexity of attention leads to excessive computational overhead, while the linear growth of the KV cache inevitably leads to GPU memory saturation. To overcome these limitations, we propose WorldAttention, a system-oriented attention architecture that achieves high efficiency through the co-design of specialized attention kernels and hierarchical KV cache management. First, we introduce Hybrid Sparse Attention (HSA), which integrates linear global attention supplemented with head-adaptive sparse attention. Additionally, we design a Hierarchical KV Cache (HKV) that organizes historical KV pairs into semantically indexed pages across multi-tier memory, enabling fine-grained retrieval and controlled GPU residency. These two designs are supported by tailored kernels to effectively translate their theoretical efficiency into real-world performance. Extensive experiments on VBench-Long and InterVBench demonstrate that WorldAttention consistently surpasses prior state-of-the-art methods, achieving subject consistency scores of 0.9472 on VBench-Long and 0.9668 on InterVBench, respectively.

Invisible in Space, Visible in Time: Motion Vision CAPTCHA against GUI Agents

Most existing visual CAPTCHAs remain spatially solvable: the required information is exposed by static appearance, local structure, and interface state. This assumption is weakened by advances in multimodal large language models (MLLMs) and Graphical User Interface (GUI) agents, which exhibit strong visual perception, reasoning, and browser interaction capabilities. We propose Motion Vision CAPTCHA (MVCAP), a hierarchical motion-based CAPTCHA framework in which target semantics are instantiated as motion-defined foreground structures and become recoverable only through temporal segregation from a dynamically evolving background. Built on this shared principle, MVCAP is instantiated in three perceptually progressive levels: coherent motion, structural motion, and biological motion. To evaluate this framework, we introduce MVCAP-Bench, a browser-based benchmark with 600 live CAPTCHA instances, together with a matched foreground-only control benchmark, MVCAP-Bench-FG. We evaluate humans, Browser Use agents, native computer use agents, and a supplementary offline VQA setting derived from the same instances. Results reveal a substantial human--agent gap: on the full MVCAP-Bench, human accuracy reaches 99.6%, whereas the best GUI agent achieves only 16.8%, close to the six-way chance level. The foreground-only control further shows that the key difficulty comes from dynamic background camouflage rather than answer format or browser interaction alone. These findings identify a measurable human--agent perception gap and position MVCAP-Bench as a benchmark for studying motion-defined perception in current agents.

DeltaWAM: Delta World Action Models for Bimanual Manipulation

World-action models (WAMs) transfer visual and motion priors from pretrained video generators to robot control by jointly modeling visual dynamics and actions. Existing WAMs, however, predict dense future frames during training, repeatedly modeling largely unchanged content and coupling action-conditioned dynamics to nuisance appearance variations. At inference, processing each complete observation with the heavy video expert bottlenecks few-step action generation. Accordingly, we propose DeltaWAM, which jointly predicts visual deltas and actions using dense-anchor, sparse-delta, and action streams, with three architectures that differ in representation and computation sharing. We further develop Streaming Delta Memory (SDM), which updates cached anchor context with compact observed deltas, reducing heavy video-expert processing. On RoboTwin, DeltaWAM with SDM improves average success over Fast-WAM from 81.3% to 85.4% in the clean setting and from 75.8% to 83.9% under visual randomization. The three architectures reduce training FLOPs by 17.78-23.77%, while SDM reduces one-step inference latency and FLOPs by 36.57% and 31.55%, respectively; real-world evaluations further show the highest overall success rate and normalized progress among the evaluated policies. HumanoidTTT: Test-Time Capability Reuse for Efficient Humanoid Control

Recent advances in motion generation and whole-body tracking have enabled humanoid robots to execute increasingly diverse motions, yet the same motion capabilities may be requested repeatedly during continual deployment. Reliable reuse is challenging because intervening motions can change the robot's entry state, making previously successful motions unsafe to replay blindly. Meanwhile, validated capabilities accumulate during deployment, while bounded storage requires deciding which ones are worth retaining. To address these challenges, we present HumanoidTTT, a framework for test-time capability reuse in continual humanoid control. Specifically, we introduce Selective Full-Motion Reuse, which authorizes direct reuse of validated complete motions only from certified applicable entry states, allowing accepted reuse to bypass fresh generation. We further introduce Test-Time Capability Consolidation, which adapts which qualified capabilities persist in a bounded Full-Motion Store using subsequent deployment reuse as feedback. Experiments demonstrate zero unsafe accepts and a 16.4$\times$ end-to-end speedup over fresh generation, while online consolidation improves avoided generator calls by 13.2 per 200 requests over its frozen counterpart. Overall, HumanoidTTT enables reliable and efficient reuse of validated motion capabilities while adaptively retaining useful capabilities throughout continual deployment. BlueLM-GUI Technical Report: A Real-Device-Centric Flywheel for Self-Improving Mobile GUI Agents

Mobile GUI agents are shifting from multi-module frameworks to native models trained end-to-end, yet industrial deployment faces three persistent gaps. Sandbox training produces a distribution mismatch with production environments; expensive real-device failures remain underutilized; and fixed benchmarks saturate, losing the power to guide iteration. We present BlueLM-GUI, a 35B-A3B mobile GUI agent built as a real-device-centric flywheel that closes these gaps through three principles. Every Sample Matters: a dual-track pipeline with Heterogeneous Triple-System Consensus evaluation and an Error Correction \& Derivation Module salvages every trajectory into usable supervision. Every Rollout Is Real: a three-stage recipe---continual pre-training, supervised fine-tuning, and agentic reinforcement learning on hundreds of real phones---grounds every rollout in real production environments, so the capability the model learns transfers directly to deployment. Every Query Evolves: a quota-driven benchmark methodology with three orthogonal axes enables precise attribution and allows the benchmark to be systematically upgraded as the model improves. BlueLM-GUI achieves 87.4 on MobileGUI-VBench, surpassing the best closed-source model by 5.1 points, and 84.9 on AndroidWorld, the best result among open-source models and competitive with closed-source models. These results demonstrate that grounding model training and iterative improvement in both real devices and the three Every principles yields strong, robust, and transferable mobile GUI capability.

V-Retrver: Evidence-Driven Agentic Reasoning for Universal Multimodal Retrieval

Multimodal Large Language Models (MLLMs) have recently been applied to universal multimodal retrieval, where Chain-of-Thought (CoT) reasoning improves candidate reranking. However, existing approaches remain largely language-driven, relying on static visual encodings and lacking the ability to actively verify fine-grained visual evidence, which often leads to speculative reasoning in visually ambiguous cases. We propose V-Retrver, an evidence-driven retrieval framework that reformulates multimodal retrieval as an agentic reasoning process grounded in visual inspection. V-Retrver enables an MLLM to selectively acquire visual evidence during reasoning via external visual tools, performing a multimodal interleaved reasoning process that alternates between hypothesis generation and targeted visual verification. To train such an evidence-gathering retrieval agent, we adopt a curriculum-based learning strategy combining supervised reasoning activation, rejection-based refinement, and reinforcement learning with an evidence-aligned objective. Experiments across multiple multimodal retrieval benchmarks demonstrate consistent improvements in retrieval accuracy (with 23.0% improvements on average), perception-driven reasoning reliability, and generalization.

UniMo: Unifying Human and Animal Motion Generation

The conditional generation of 3D motion has emerged as a key research topic due to its wide applicability across robotics, AR/VR, gaming, and content creation. However, extending recent advances in text-driven human motion generation to the animal domain remains challenging due to two core limitations. First, animals exhibit highly diverse skeletal topologies, unlike the standard human structure, making unified modeling across species difficult and leading to inefficient per-species models. Second, existing animal motion datasets suffer from limited scale and annotation quality, constraining model performance. To address these challenges, we propose UniMo, a unified point cloud-based motion generation framework that bypasses topological discrepancies by converting parametric skeletons into unparametric representations, further enhanced by dynamic sampling that allocates more points to active joints. Additionally, we present UniML3D, a large-scale motion-language dataset spanning both human and animal categories, containing 145,907 motion sequences and 433,388 captions-over 102x larger than existing animal datasets. Our method achieves state-of-the-art results on UniML3D and three public benchmarks including HumanML3D, KIT-ML, and AnimalML3D, demonstrating the feasibility and effectiveness of unified human-animal motion generation. SegKAN: High-Resolution Medical Image Segmentation with Long-Distance Dependencies

Hepatic vessels in computed tomography scans often suffer from image fragmentation and noise interference, making it difficult to maintain vessel integrity and posing significant challenges for vessel segmentation. To address this issue, we propose an innovative model: SegKAN. First, we improve the conventional embedding module by adopting a novel convolutional network structure for image embedding, which smooths out image noise and prevents issues such as gradient explosion in subsequent stages. Next, we transform the spatial relationships between Patch blocks into temporal relationships to solve the problem of capturing positional relationships between Patch blocks in traditional Vision Transformer models. We conducted experiments on a Hepatic vessel dataset, and compared to the existing state-of-the-art model, the Dice score improved by 1.78%. These results demonstrate that the proposed new structure effectively enhances the segmentation performance of high-resolution extended objects. PathoHR: Breast Cancer Survival Prediction on High-Resolution Pathological Images

Breast cancer survival prediction in computational pathology presents a remarkable challenge due to tumor heterogeneity. For instance, different regions of the same tumor in the pathology image can show distinct morphological and molecular characteristics. This makes it difficult to extract representative features from whole slide images (WSIs) that truly reflect the tumor's aggressive potential and likely survival outcomes. In this paper, we present PathoHR, a novel pipeline for accurate breast cancer survival prediction that enhances any size of pathological images to enable more effective feature learning. Our approach entails (1) the incorporation of a plug-and-play high-resolution Vision Transformer (ViT) to enhance patch-wise WSI representation, enabling more detailed and comprehensive feature extraction, (2) the systematic evaluation of multiple advanced similarity metrics for comparing WSI-extracted features, optimizing the representation learning process to better capture tumor characteristics, (3) the demonstration that smaller image patches enhanced follow the proposed pipeline can achieve equivalent or superior prediction accuracy compared to raw larger patches, while significantly reducing computational overhead. Experimental findings valid that PathoHR provides the potential way of integrating enhanced image resolution with optimized feature learning to advance computational pathology, offering a promising direction for more accurate and efficient breast cancer survival prediction. SSS: Semi-Supervised SAM-2 with Efficient Prompting for Medical Imaging Segmentation

In the era of information explosion, efficiently leveraging large-scale unlabeled data while minimizing the reliance on high-quality pixel-level annotations remains a critical challenge in the field of medical imaging. Semi-supervised learning (SSL) enhances the utilization of unlabeled data by facilitating knowledge transfer, significantly improving the performance of fully supervised models and emerging as a highly promising research direction in medical image analysis. Inspired by the ability of Vision Foundation Models (e.g., SAM-2) to provide rich prior knowledge, we propose SSS (Semi-Supervised SAM-2), a novel approach that leverages SAM-2's robust feature extraction capabilities to uncover latent knowledge in unlabeled medical images, thus effectively enhancing feature support for fully supervised medical image segmentation. Specifically, building upon the single-stream "weak-to-strong" consistency regularization framework, this paper introduces a Discriminative Feature Enhancement (DFE) mechanism to further explore the feature discrepancies introduced by various data augmentation strategies across multiple views. By leveraging feature similarity and dissimilarity across multi-scale augmentation techniques, the method reconstructs and models the features, thereby effectively optimizing the salient regions. Furthermore, a prompt generator is developed that integrates Physical Constraints with a Sliding Window (PCSW) mechanism to generate input prompts for unlabeled data, fulfilling SAM-2's requirement for additional prompts. Extensive experiments demonstrate the superiority of the proposed method for semi-supervised medical image segmentation on two multi-label datasets, i.e., ACDC and BHSD. Notably, SSS achieves an average Dice score of 53.15 on BHSD, surpassing the previous state-of-the-art method by +3.65 Dice. Code will be available at https://github.com/AIGeeksGroup/SSS.

EviMem: Evidence-Gap-Driven Iterative Retrieval for Long-Term Conversational Memory

Long-term conversational memory requires retrieving evidence scattered across multiple sessions, yet single-pass retrieval fails on temporal and multi-hop questions. Existing iterative methods refine queries via generated content or document-level signals, but none explicitly diagnoses the evidence gap, namely what is missing from the accumulated retrieval set, leaving query refinement untargeted. We present EviMem, combining IRIS (Iterative Retrieval via Insufficiency Signals), a closed-loop framework that detects evidence gaps through sufficiency evaluation, diagnoses what is missing, and drives targeted query refinement, with LaceMem (Layered Architecture for Conversational Evidence Memory), a coarse-to-fine memory hierarchy supporting fine-grained gap diagnosis. On LoCoMo, EviMem improves Judge Accuracy over MIRIX on temporal (73.3% to 81.6%) and multi-hop (65.9% to 85.2%) questions at 4.5x lower latency. Code: https://github.com/AIGeeksGroup/EviMem.

ReMoMask-2: Latent Retrieval-Augmented Masked Motion Generation

Text-to-motion (T2M) generation maps natural language to human joint movements, aiding gaming, VR, and robotics. Retrieval-Augmented Text-to-Motion (RAG-T2M) improves generation on complex descriptions by conditioning on retrieved motion-text pairs. However, existing RAG-T2M models face two challenges: coarse-grained retrieval and fusion mechanisms overlook the hierarchical, spatial-temporal topology of human motion, and a representation gap exists because retrieved evidence resides in a semantic space separate from the generator's latents. To address the first, we present ReMoMask, a structure-aware RAG framework coupling Hierarchical Bidirectional Momentum (HBM) contrastive learning to align global and part-level features with text; Semantic Spatial-Temporal Attention (SSTA) for topology-aware fusion; and Topology Structured Masking (TSM) to force robust part-level grounding via adaptive masking. To address the second, we introduce ReMoMask-2, which rebuilds the retrieval database directly within the generator's pre-quantization latent space and aligns text queries via a distilled lightweight projector, allowing the generator to directly consume the retrieved motion's semantic content. Extensive experiments on HumanML3D, KIT-ML, and SnapMoGen demonstrate our retriever achieves state-of-the-art accuracy, while ReMoMask-2 attains the lowest FID on KIT-ML and SnapMoGen; notably, its single mask-transformer stage surpasses ReMoMask's full two-stage pipeline and delivers the fastest inference.

DramaAgent: Agentic Storytelling Video Generation

Recent diffusion and autoregressive models have substantially improved text-to-video generation, yet producing coherent long-form story videos with consistent characters and aligned audio remains challenging. Existing methods often suffer from narrative drift, unstable character identity, weak cross-scene continuity, and audio-visual mismatch over extended sequences. We propose DramaAgent, a hierarchical, agentic, and model-agnostic framework for long-form text-to-video-and-audio generation. Rather than improving the underlying video backbone itself, DramaAgent introduces an upper-level control layer that decomposes generation into story planning, persistent character conditioning, scene-wise synthesis, and reflection-guided targeted repair. The framework maintains reusable story and character states across scenes, diagnoses failures such as identity drift, missing scene semantics, temporal discontinuity, and cross-modal mismatch, and repairs problematic clips in a stage-specific manner. Experiments across multiple video generation backbones show that DramaAgent improves long-horizon coherence, character consistency, narrative fidelity, and scene-level audio-visual consistency over direct generation and strong baselines. These results suggest that hierarchical agentic control is a practical direction for controllable long-form audiovisual generation. Code: https://github.com/AIGeeksGroup/DramaAgent. MobileVLA-R1 2.0: RL-Enhanced Reasoning for Mobile Robot Control

Grounding natural-language instructions into reliable and executable actions remains a fundamental challenge for vision-language-action (VLA) systems on mobile robots, due to the persistent gap between high-level semantic reasoning and low-level locomotion and manipulation control. Existing approaches often rely on implicit reasoning or monolithic action prediction, making it difficult to maintain coherent long-horizon decision making while producing precise and adaptable robot actions. To address this challenge, we propose MobileVLA-R1 2.0, an RL-enhanced VLA framework that explicitly couples structured embodied reasoning with executable mobile robot control. The framework learns multi-granularity reasoning over embodied trajectories through supervised Chain-of-Thought (CoT) alignment and reinforcement learning, improving reasoning-to-action consistency beyond purely behavioral supervision. To support both locomotion and manipulation, we further introduce a reasoning-conditioned action decoder that maps multimodal reasoning representations to task-level action targets, which are subsequently translated into embodiment-specific commands by robot controllers. This design provides a unified perception-reasoning-action interface while decoupling high-level action generation from robot-specific actuation. We conduct extensive evaluations on language-guided navigation, quadruped control, and humanoid mobile manipulation, covering VLN-CE, QUARD, and real-world deployments on Unitree Go2 and G1 robots. MobileVLA-R1 2.0 consistently outperforms strong VLA baselines, achieving an average 1.6 point improvement in SR on VLN-CE and a 10.0 point improvement in full-task success on real-world G1 mobile manipulation tasks over MobileVLA-R1, while demonstrating robust long-horizon instruction following and closed-loop execution across different robotic platforms.

APEx: Distillation of Agent Procedural Experience for Adaptive Deep Research Question Answering

Deep research agents augment large language models with external tools to answer complex, long-horizon questions through multi-turn reasoning. Learning from prior experience is crucial for continual improvement, yet existing methods either retrieve verbose task-specific traces that burden decision-making, or distill procedural skills that remain decoupled from downstream policy adaptation. We propose APEx, a hierarchical experience utilization framework that organizes interaction history into instance-level trajectory memories and category-level procedural skills, and couples them through a closed-loop architecture of Executor, Distiller, and Planner. The three modules are optimized via a three-stage alternating GRPO training paradigm, enabling reward-guided skill distillation rather than fixed-prompt generation. At test time, distilled skills serve as procedural priors for online Planner adaptation through skill-guided test-time reinforcement learning, allowing ground-truth-free self-improvement with skill-alignment regularization to prevent policy drift. Experiments on 7 benchmarks demonstrate that APEx achieves state-of-the-art performance, surpassing GPT-5.4 by 14.7 points and the strongest memory-augmented baseline by 3.0 points.

ZipTok3D: High-Fidelity 3D Tokenization with Compact Token Prefixes

Compact token sequences are essential for efficient 3D generation. However, existing 3D tokenizers typically organize latent representations either over spatial regions or as fixed-size sets of global tokens, both suffering sharp reconstruction degradation when compressed to extremely low token budgets. In this paper, we present ZipTok3D, a 3D tokenizer designed for high-fidelity reconstruction from extremely short token sequences. Its key idea is to organize object geometry into progressively informative global-token prefixes and unfold these compact representations through iterative decoding. Specifically, nested dropout randomly truncates the latent sequence after encoding during training and requires each retained prefix to reconstruct the complete object, thereby prioritizing essential geometric information in the leading tokens. The decoder then repeatedly applies a parameter-shared Transformer block to recover fine-grained geometry from each prefix without a separate generative sampling stage. With the same token dimension, ZipTok3D achieves reconstruction quality comparable to the 32-token COD-VAE baseline using only one token on ShapeNet and four on TRELLIS, yielding $32\times$ and $8\times$ shorter token sequences, respectively.
