Easy-3Dfy: Object-Level Geometric Composition for Single-Image 3D Scene Construction

Single-image 3D scene construction is a fundamental problem in 3D vision. Recent methods such as SAM-3Dfy enable end-to-end reconstruction of 3D assets and their scene layouts, but still struggle with fine-grained scene geometry and asset quality. Meanwhile, specialized 3D object generators provide detailed object geometry, while 3D foundation models offer strong and generalizable spatial understanding. We propose Easy-3Dfy, a compositional workflow that decouples object generation from scene layout estimation, allowing specialized models to fully exploit their respective strengths. An RPF-based aligner then bridges these capabilities by establishing geometric correspondence between object-local meshes and partial scene pointmaps, recovering object layout for scene composition. Without requiring complete scene-level supervision, the proposed workflow consistently outperforms SAM-3Dfy across multiple geometric metrics on Scene-Maker and 3D-FUTURE200. Our results demonstrate that explicit geometric composition can effectively combine high-quality object generation with strong spatial understanding, while enabling the workflow to benefit independently from advances in both 3D object generation and foundation models.

Pumpire: Unified Benchmark for Metric Distance Estimation

We present Pumpire, a unified benchmark for evaluating metric point-pair distance estimation capability of both image- and video-level 3D foundation models, with or without depth priors. In contrast to previous approaches that normally evaluate depth and camera intrinsics separately or evaluate point-clouds with geometric similarity metrics, which cannot directly reflect models' point-to-point distance estimation capability, Pumpire directly assesses point-to-point distances from the reconstructed geometry. To this end, we collect a large-scale and diverse dataset (pumpire-6k) comprising 100 real-world scenes, each annotated with physically measured point-pair distances and containing 64 frames, for a total of 6,400 frames. Building on this dataset, we establish a holistic evaluation protocol that covers both image- and video-level 3D foundation models and enables direct assessment of point-pair distance errors and cross-setting comparison. We conduct extensive experiments across 29 baseline configurations of representative 3D foundation models and provide a comprehensive analysis of the results. By offering this benchmark, we target the more fundamental ability to perceive and estimate physical scale in the reconstructed 3D space, which prior evaluation protocols have largely overlooked. VoxMind: An End-to-End Agentic Spoken Dialogue System

Recent end-to-end spoken dialogue models enable natural interaction. However, as user demands become increasingly complex, models that rely solely on conversational abilities often struggle to cope. Incorporating agentic capabilities is therefore essential: by enabling tool use, these models can extend their knowledge boundaries and better solve real-world tasks. Yet, existing research has largely concentrated on core perception and generation, with comparatively limited exploration of such tool-augmented extensions. To bridge this gap, we present VoxMind, an integrated framework designed to equip end-to-end spoken dialogue models with comprehensive agentic abilities. Leveraging our curated 470-hour AgentChat dataset, we incorporate a "Think-before-Speak" mechanism, enabling the model to internalize structured reasoning as a critical prerequisite for planning and response generation. Furthermore, to mitigate latency bottlenecks caused by large-scale tool integration, we propose a Multi-Agent Dynamic Tool Management architecture. By asynchronously delegating retrieval tasks to an auxiliary agent aligned with the main model's reasoning trajectory, this system effectively decouples inference latency from toolset size. Experimental results confirm that VoxMind achieves significant improvements in agent performance: compared with strong baselines, the task completion rate increases from 34.88% to 74.57%, outperforming Gemini-2.5-Pro on spoken agent tasks while preserving general conversational quality. Multimodal Duplex Interaction Agent

In this work, we present Gander, a native multimodal duplex interaction model that builds on MiniCPM-o 4.5 and is further adapted for realtime interaction with an asynchronous agent loop. In contrast to conventional turn based systems, Gander continuously processes streaming user inputs, enabling full-duplex interaction in both everyday conversations and complex workflow agent scenarios. Users can interrupt an ongoing response, while the model can proactively provide intermediate feedback or ask follow up questions. To natively support these capabilities, Gander adopts two key architectural designs: 1) a Cerebellum-Brain collaborative framework, Cerebellum is responsible for realtime interaction while the Brain handles complex reasoning and higher level agentic tasks. The two components interact continuously through tool calling and the agent orchestration runtime. 2) The Cerebellum is built upon a streaming Thinker-Talker architecture, where user inputs and model outputs are flattened into an ordered token stream at the chunk level. We evaluate Gander across conversational ability, interactive capability, understanding, and tool assisted task execution. Internal human evaluations show that Gander maintains natural and expressive spoken dialogue, while benchmark results demonstrate effective turn taking capability and encouraging results on spoken question answering and related understanding tasks. Gander also supports a range of challenging interaction settings, including background noise interference, multi-party interactions, and backchannel communication. While our current evaluation focuses on tool assisted settings, broader long horizon agent tasks and more diverse deployment conditions remain promising directions for further study. We release Gander together with its models, code, and data to facilitate further research and development in the community.

TurboT2VA: Fast Large-Scale Text-to-Video-Audio Generation via Score-Regularized Consistency Distillation

Joint text-to-video-audio generation produces synchronized visual and acoustic content, but the long sampling trajectories and heterogeneous multimodal computation of large models make inference prohibitively expensive. We present TurboT2VA, a distillation and inference framework for accelerating a 19B-parameter joint video-audio model. Large-scale T2VA distillation is challenged by modality-imbalanced optimization, the difficulty of continuous-time consistency training at scale, and the quality--diversity trade-off. TurboT2VA addresses these issues with per-modality normalization and a progressive curriculum comprising discrete consistency warm-up, continuous consistency refinement, and joint consistency--distribution matching. The curriculum first establishes a stable, diverse generation trajectory and only then introduces distribution-level refinement. On LTX-2, four-step distillation reduces generator latency from 50.52s to 2.51s at the standard evaluation resolution of 512$\times$768, achieving a 20.1$\times$ speedup while maintaining strong visual quality, audio fidelity, diversity, and video-audio synchronization. We further develop an architecture-aware inference stack that combines guarded W8A8 and fused operators, padded-text compaction, and modality-aware sparse attention while preserving dense cross-modal and text-conditioning paths. Under the high-resolution deployment setting at 1024$\times$1792, the complete stack reduces generator latency from 318.74s to 5.83s on one NVIDIA H20, achieving a 54.67$\times$ generator-only speedup. One-Stage Multi-Task Instruction-Guided 3D Spatial Audio Editing

Spatial audio editing modifies an existing soundfield according to a user's instruction while preserving the rest of the scene. Unlike conventional audio editing, it must reason jointly about audio events, spatial information, dynamic changes, and environmental information in first-order Ambisonic (FOA) waveforms. Existing language-guided editors mainly target conventional audio or rely on sequential operations, and therefore do not directly support one-stage editing for complex 3D spatial instructions. We present SwanWeave, the first one-stage multi-task framework for instruction-guided 3D FOA spatial audio editing. We build paired FOA supervision from open-source speech and sound-effect corpora using controllable room simulation, covering more than ten single-operation and compound tasks across the four editing axes. To handle this heterogeneous edit space, SwanWeave uses Spatial Edit Mixture-of-Experts (SE-MoE) with dual-level routing, selecting task-aware expert combinations for compound instructions and frame-level routed/null experts for local edit decisions. We further introduce Spatial Preference Optimization (SPO), a Direct Preference Optimization (DPO)-based alignment objective with edit-specific negative targets, and adopt staged training to improve natural-language grounding. Experiments show that SwanWeave achieves better editing quality than existing general audio editors and spatial audio baselines across all tasks. Spatial audio editing demos can be found at https://swanaigc.github.io/#swanweave, code can be found at: https://github.com/MM-Speech/SwanWeave.

A Progressive Training Strategy for Embodied Vision-Language Models to Mitigate Spatio-Temporal Hallucinations

Vision-Language Models (VLMs) have made significant strides in static image understanding but continue to face critical hurdles in spatiotemporal reasoning. A major bottleneck is "multi-image reasoning hallucination", where a large performance drop between forward and reverse temporal queries reveals a dependence on superficial shortcuts instead of state-based understanding. To mitigate this, we first develop a new Chain-of-Thought (CoT) dataset that decomposes intricate reasoning into detailed spatiotemporal steps and definitive judgments. Building on this, we present a progressive training framework: it initiates with supervised pre-training on our CoT dataset to instill logical structures, followed by fine-tuning with scalable weakly-labeled data for broader generalization. Our experiments demonstrate that this approach not only improves backbone accuracy but also reduces the forward-backward performance gap from over 70% to only 6.53%. This shows that the method strengthens dynamic reasoning and reduces the inherent temporal biases of current VLMs.

Spatial-Omni: Spatial Audio Understanding Integration in Multimodal LLMs via FOA Encoding

Recent multimodal large language models mainly process audio as monaural signals, thereby discarding the spatial cues contained in spatial audio for sound localization, spatial relation reasoning, and spatial scene understanding. We propose Spatial-Omni, a lightweight method that implements SO-Encoder to inject First-Order Ambisonics (FOA) spatial audio into existing Omni LLMs as an independent modality, without modifying their original audio encoders. SO-Encoder provides spatial tokens with limited additional context cost and improves spatial audio understanding through efficient staged training. To support training and evaluation, we construct SO-Dataset, SO-QA, and SO-Bench from open-source data, real recordings, and simulations, containing 400K FOA spatial audio clips and 2.1M spatial question answering pairs. SO-Bench covers 16 spatial audio understanding subtasks, including basic detection and location estimation, spatial relation understanding, and complex spatial reasoning. Experiments show that Spatial-Omni outperforms existing open-source Large Audio-Language Models (LALMs) and Omni LLM models on spatial audio understanding tasks while retaining a reasonable level of general audio understanding. MEMOBench: A Process Level Memory Benchmark for Robotic Manipulation

Robotic manipulation often requires acting on information that is no longer visible, yet Vision-Language-Action policies are usually evaluated when the current observation largely determines the next action. Existing robotic memory benchmarks expose this gap, but they still rely mainly on final task success and therefore conflate forgetting with manipulation failure. We present \textbf{MEMOBench}, a benchmark for process level memory evaluation in robotic manipulation. MEMOBench includes 30 history dependent tasks, 1{,}500 expert demonstrations, and 4{,}200 executable checkpoint instances from 84 templates. Each checkpoint pairs coarse to fine language with a simulator predicate and labels one memory operation: Storage, Update, or Compression. These annotations define Memory Storage Rate, Memory Update Rate, and Memory Compression Rate, which measure memory fidelity alongside task success. Across standard and memory augmented VLA policies, the strongest memory module baseline reaches only 31.9\% average success rate, and high storage often coexists with weak update and compression. Checkpoint language also supervises semantic, contrastive, and framewise memory alignment objectives, yielding modest gains across different memory operations. MEMOBench provides a diagnostic evaluation suite and training supervision for memory grounded robotic policies. The project page is available at https://github.com/Collab-Gen/MEMOBench.

Doc-REFRAG: Rethinking Multimodal Document Retrieval-Augmented Generation

Real-world knowledge resides in multimodal documents, necessitating retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) for accurate question answering. However, existing multimodal RAG models are primarily designed for single-image or closed-document settings and exhibit limited accuracy in realistic multi-image scenarios. Moreover, processing numerous retrieved images incurs substantial computational overhead from irrelevant visual tokens. To address these challenges, we introduce DocLongRAG, a large-scale dataset of 343K question--answer pairs, each associated with an average of 37.4 retrieved images to reflect authentic RAG workflows. Building on this dataset, we propose Doc-REFRAG, a question-guided framework that compresses visual tokens into coarse chunks and selectively expands question-relevant ones via a lightweight RL-based selector. Experiments on six benchmarks show that Doc-REFRAG outperforms eleven strong baselines, achieving state-of-the-art accuracy with significantly lower inference latency. Our resources are available at https://github.com/Collab-Gen/Doc-REFRAG.

CSAVocoder: A Causal Spatial Audio Vocoder Towards Real-Time Spatial Audio Generation

Spatial audio vocoders are able to convert mel-spectrograms produced by generative models into spatial audio waveforms. Most neural vocoders are designed for monaural audio, and direct extensions to spatial audio can degrade spatial quality by ignoring inter-channel cues. We present CSAVocoder, a causal GAN-based spatial audio vocoder that jointly optimizes waveform fidelity and spatial rendering. Our framework introduces a Spatial Adaptor that fuses multi-channel mel-spectrograms with dynamic source-listener pose information, together with a spatial consistency discriminator that supervises inter-channel cues. To meet real-time requirements, we design a strictly causal, stateful generator that supports efficient streaming inference with constant memory overhead. Experiments on large-scale spatial audio datasets show that CSAVocoder improves spatial fidelity at competitive audio quality and real-time performance.

VoxAudio: Vocalized Audio Synthesis via Multi-Reward Autoregressive Flow Matching

Vocalized audio synthesis, the task of generating audio in which intelligible speech is embedded within an environmental soundscape, underpins applications such as podcast production and video dubbing. Existing Text-to-Audio (T2A) systems either reduce quoted speech to unintelligible vocal murmur or delegate it to a separate TTS model with post-hoc mixing, which forfeits control over when speech occurs and how it interacts with the scene. We present VoxAudio, a causal autoregressive flow matching model that addresses this problem from three complementary aspects. At the architecture level, chunk-wise causal factorization with independent per-chunk noise levels lets audio be emitted through sliding-window streaming inference with KV caching at variable target durations; to enable inference at arbitrary chunk granularities, we further pretrain the model with randomized chunk boundaries. At the preference level, multi-reward Negative-aware FineTuning (NFT) jointly optimizes semantic fidelity, linguistic accuracy, aesthetic quality, and temporal grounding At the data level, to supply the missing supervision for vocal content, we build VoxCorpus, a large-scale corpus whose captions quote the verbatim transcript of embedded speech with time intervals, and VoxBench, an interval-annotated benchmark with a temporal-grounding metric. Experiments on four benchmarks spanning general audio, speech, and unified vocalized audio validate the effectiveness and efficiency of VoxAudio. MLLM-Guided Semantic Correction for Text-to-Video Generation

Recent advances in diffusion models and Transformer architectures have led to significant progress in text-to-video generation. However, these models often suffer from semantic errors such as missing objects, incorrect attributes, or mismatched actions. Although some semantic correction methods perform optimization before sampling or refinement after sampling, how to detect and correct semantic deviations during the video generation process remains underexplored. In this paper, we introduce a training-free, interpretable mid-generation correction framework that integrates multimodal large language model (MLLM) feedback directly into the diffusion sampling loop. Our framework achieves diffusion trajectory correction by injecting semantic evaluation signals during video synthesis, enabling the model to optimize the generated content through continuous self-reflection. We propose two key modules: a Semantic Assessment Supervisor that generates intermediate preview frames for semantic evaluations and deviation diagnostics, and a Semantic Modification Assistant that corrects semantic drift during inference via a controllable latent trajectory intervention. Our method improves semantic alignment, visual fidelity, and temporal consistency without modifying model parameters. We validate the effectiveness of our approach through extensive experiments across multiple benchmarks.

TC-Padé: Trajectory-Consistent Padé Approximation for Diffusion Acceleration

Despite achieving state-of-the-art generation quality, diffusion models are hindered by the substantial computational burden of their iterative sampling process. While feature caching techniques achieve effective acceleration at higher step counts (e.g., 50 steps), they exhibit critical limitations in the practical low-step regime of 20-30 steps. As the interval between steps increases, polynomial-based extrapolators like TaylorSeer suffer from error accumulation and trajectory drift. Meanwhile, conventional caching strategies often overlook the distinct dynamical properties of different denoising phases. To address these challenges, we propose Trajectory-Consistent Padé approximation, a feature prediction framework grounded in Padé approximation. By modeling feature evolution through rational functions, our approach captures asymptotic and transitional behaviors more accurately than Taylor-based methods. To enable stable and trajectory-consistent sampling under reduced step counts, TC-Padé incorporates (1) adaptive coefficient modulation that leverages historical cached residuals to detect subtle trajectory transitions, and (2) step-aware prediction strategies tailored to the distinct dynamics of early, mid, and late sampling stages. Extensive experiments on DiT-XL/2, FLUX.1-dev, and Wan2.1 across both image and video generation demonstrate the effectiveness of TC-Padé. For instance, TC-Padé achieves 2.88x acceleration on FLUX.1-dev and 1.72x on Wan2.1 while maintaining high quality across FID, CLIP, Aesthetic, and VBench-2.0 metrics, substantially outperforming existing feature caching methods.

VoxZip: Semantic-Anchored Temporal KV Cache Compression for Long-Context Audio Inference

Recent advancements in Speech Large Language Models have demonstrated remarkable capabilities in understanding complex audio tasks. Despite this progress, their long-context inference remains severely bottlenecked by prohibitive KV cache memory demands. Existing text-centric compression methods struggle here, often disrupting speech continuity or discarding crucial semantic cues. To address this, we propose VoxZip, a train-free, two-stage semantic-anchored KV cache compression framework. The first stage uses automatic speech recognition (ASR) transcriptions as explicit semantic anchors to temporally align, compress, and fuse audio tokens, significantly reducing the initial KV cache while elevating token information density. To further improve the compression ratio, the second stage employs a dynamic filtering strategy based on temporally decayed accumulated attention to evict non-essential tokens while mitigating early-token bias. Comprehensive evaluations on Qwen3-Omni across six diverse audio benchmarks demonstrate the superiority of our approach. VoxZip excels in long-audio reasoning and consistently maintains high-fidelity perception on short-form tasks. Notably, it sustains over 90\% of the uncompressed baseline performance even under an aggressive 20x KV cache compression in long-context scenarios. Furthermore, at a 4x compression ratio, VoxZip yields a 1.9x increase in inference throughput alongside a 3.3x reduction in peak memory overhead. Code and models will be available at https://github.com/MM-Speech/VoxZip.

HierCAD: Hierarchical Text-to-CAD Design via Structure Alignment and Parameter Grounding

Recent text-to-CAD approaches have shown promising results by leveraging large language models, but they often struggle with maintaining structural consistency in complex designs and accurately grounding geometric parameters. To address these issues, we propose HierCAD, a hierarchical text-to-CAD framework that improves both structural reasoning and parameter prediction. HierCAD reformulates CAD generation as progressive reasoning by decomposing CAD construction trees into object-level procedural reasoning and part-level topology reasoning trajectories. To further improve generation fidelity, we introduce a unified Structure Alignment and Parameter Grounding (SAPG) learning strategy. Structure alignment aligns topology reasoning trajectories with their corresponding parametric CAD spans, while parameter grounding mitigates shortcut learning through structure-preserving parameter perturbations and ranking-based supervision. Experiments demonstrate that HierCAD outperforms prior state-of-the-art methods on both CAD sequence generation and reconstructed CAD model evaluation. Our code is available at https://github.com/Collab-Gen/HierCAD.

NaviCache: Test-Time Self-Calibration Caching for Video Generation

Video Diffusion Models (VDMs) is constrained by immense computational costs. While offline calibration-based acceleration suffers from calibration data dependency, prohibitive calibration duration, and susceptibility to distribution shifts, offline calibration-free methods eliminate these hurdles. However, since they rely on instantaneous zero-order approximations where the mapping between input and output differences varies in real-time, they are susceptible to observational noise and ignore the intrinsic momentum within the diffusion trajectory. In this paper, we propose NaviCache, a plug-and-play test-time self-calibration method re-conceptualizing feature evolution as an Inertial Navigation System (INS) problem. NaviCache bridges the fundamental domain gap and the non-stationary nature of diffusion by modeling the relative coupling between input and output variations. We introduce a dual-state estimation architecture that adaptively tracks the feature change ratio and its latent drift, initialized via a specialized Initial Alignment phase. By integrating a time-dependent noise schedule with an uncertainty-aware Measurement Update mechanism, NaviCache provides a theoretically grounded mechanism for error-bounded computation skipping. Extensive experiments on the HunyuanVideo, Wan, and Open-Sora series demonstrate that NaviCache exhibits more accurate error judgment for computation skipping and achieves outstanding comprehensive performance.

Perception, Verdict, and Evolution: Hindsight-Driven Self-Refining Forensics Agent for AI-Generated Image Detection

The rapid advancement of generative models presents a significant challenge to existing deepfake detection methods, particularly given the widespread dissemination of highly realistic AI-generated images. Although Multimodal Large Language Models (MLLMs) show strong potential for this task, existing approaches suffer from two key limitations: insufficient sensitivity to fine-grained forensic artifacts and reliance on static synthetic supervision from frontier models, leading to limited flexibility and high-cost. To address these issues, we propose ForeAgent, an agentic forensics framework for AI-generated image detection with iterative self-evolution. First, ForeAgent adopts a Perception-Verdict architecture that aggregates multi-view cues spanning semantic, spatial, and frequency-domain features, and leverages an MLLM as a verdict module to fuse these signals for a logical-grounded verdict. Second, to enable continual self-improvement, we introduce a Hindsight-Driven Self-Refining strategy following a Sampling-Reflection-Evolution paradigm. The agent performs inference rollouts on training instances. Guided by ground-truth labels as hindsight, it reflects on failure cases and low-quality reasoning trajectories to regenerate higher-quality reasoning traces. These synthesized samples are then strictly filtered through a dual-expert quality gating module. ForeAgent continuously evolves via fine-tuning on self-curated high-quality samples. Extensive experiments demonstrate that ForeAgent achieves state-of-the-art performance on the Chameleon benchmark, reaching 82.18% accuracy (+16.41% over AIDE), and achieves 93.3% mean accuracy on AIGCDetect-Benchmark across 16 generators. In addition, external evaluation shows that ForeAgent produces more consistent and causally grounded reasoning compared to GPT-5 and GPT-5-mini.
