DeltaWAM: Delta World Action Models for Bimanual Manipulation

World-action models (WAMs) transfer visual and motion priors from pretrained video generators to robot control by jointly modeling visual dynamics and actions. Existing WAMs, however, predict dense future frames during training, repeatedly modeling largely unchanged content and coupling action-conditioned dynamics to nuisance appearance variations. At inference, processing each complete observation with the heavy video expert bottlenecks few-step action generation. Accordingly, we propose DeltaWAM, which jointly predicts visual deltas and actions using dense-anchor, sparse-delta, and action streams, with three architectures that differ in representation and computation sharing. We further develop Streaming Delta Memory (SDM), which updates cached anchor context with compact observed deltas, reducing heavy video-expert processing. On RoboTwin, DeltaWAM with SDM improves average success over Fast-WAM from 81.3% to 85.4% in the clean setting and from 75.8% to 83.9% under visual randomization. The three architectures reduce training FLOPs by 17.78-23.77%, while SDM reduces one-step inference latency and FLOPs by 36.57% and 31.55%, respectively; real-world evaluations further show the highest overall success rate and normalized progress among the evaluated policies. Optimization-based Safe Trajectory Planning for Autonomous Ground Vehicle in Multi-Floor Scenarios

The development of trajectory planning strategies for autonomous ground vehicles (AGVs) represents a prevailing research interest within the domain of intelligent transportation systems. This paper introduces a trajectory planning framework tailored for multi-floor scenarios. The framework consists of two main modules: the task planning module and the trajectory planning module. The task planning module involves a strategic selection phase, where a task planning strategy based on generalized voronoi diagrams (GVD) and multi-objective algorithms is proposed to select the floor exits for each floor. The trajectory planning module utilizes optimization-based methods to generate high-quality trajectories, and a warm-started hierarchical planning framework is designed to ensure rapid convergence. Additionally, for handling complex obstacle constraints, a correlation constraint calculation method is designed for reducing obstacle constraints in trajectory planning. Finally, the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed framework are verified through simulations.

MWM: Mobile World Models for Action-Conditioned Consistent Prediction

World models enable planning in imagined future predicted space, offering a promising framework for embodied navigation. However, existing navigation world models often lack action-conditioned consistency, so visually plausible predictions can still drift under multi-step rollout and degrade planning. Moreover, efficient deployment requires few-step diffusion inference, but existing distillation methods do not explicitly preserve rollout consistency, creating a training-inference mismatch. To address these challenges, we propose MWM, a mobile world model for planning-based image-goal navigation. Specifically, we introduce a two-stage training framework that combines structure pretraining with Action-Conditioned Consistency (ACC) post-training to improve action-conditioned rollout consistency. We further introduce Inference-Consistent State Distillation (ICSD) for few-step diffusion distillation with improved rollout consistency. Our experiments on benchmark and real-world tasks demonstrate consistent gains in visual fidelity, trajectory accuracy, planning success, and inference efficiency.
